Configure your tracking criteria
Select which statuses, transitions, or fields to monitor. Each metric is configured separately, so it matches how your workflow actually runs.
Metrics update automatically
FieldCraft tracks issue activity in the background and keeps the field values current. Nothing to run by hand.

Time in Status
Measure how long an issue has spent in any selected status. Useful for SLA tracking, finding bottlenecks, and reporting.
Transition Count
Track how many times an issue has moved between statuses. Spot re-work patterns and workflow inefficiencies at a glance.
Reopen Count
Count how many times an issue was reopened after being resolved, a direct signal of rework and quality problems.
First & Last Field Change Time
Capture the timestamp when a field was first or most recently changed, for audit trails and timeline analysis.
Modified By
Track which user last modified an issue field, so changes are always attributable.
