Do the apps work with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud only?
Yes. Every app is built on Atlassian Forge for Cloud. There are no Server or Data Center versions.
Where is our data stored?
The apps run on Forge and keep their data in Forge storage inside your Atlassian Cloud site. Nothing goes to our servers unless you set up an integration that needs it.
How much does it cost?
Every app is free for sites with up to 10 users. Larger sites pay per user under standard Marketplace pricing, with a 30-day free trial first. Education and non-profit discounts are available.
Who handles billing and refunds?
Atlassian. Purchases, invoices and refunds go through your Marketplace account under the Marketplace Terms.
What do I need to install an app?
Site admin rights, or the "Administer Jira" or "Administer Confluence" permission. Most installs take two to three minutes.
Who answers support tickets?
The engineers who build the apps. Raise a request in the help center and you get a specific answer, usually from the person who wrote the feature.
